You have one shot at a live event. We stream conferences, AGMs, awards nights and hybrid events across the Gold Coast, and we're based at Hope Island rather than driving down for the day. We bring our own professional encoder and redundant internet, so nothing depends on the venue's wifi. Calm on the day, because we've done this hundreds of times already.
This is the NBHD Invitational, streamed live by us. Multi-camera, cut live, with room audio handled properly. Your remote audience gets the event, not a phone on a tripod at the back of the room.
Conference wifi is shared with every delegate in the building. When the room fills up, the stream is the first thing to buffer, and by then there is nothing anyone can do about it.

We work across the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, HOTA, The Star Gold Coast, Royal Pines, Sea World Resort and the Southport and Robina business districts, along with hotel function rooms and boardrooms from Coolangatta up to Hope Island.
We're based at Hope Island, so a Gold Coast event means we can do a site check in person without making a day of it, and be on site early without a pre-dawn start.
We do a site check anyway. We test the connection, find the power, meet the AV team and work out the camera positions well before the day.
